Cancellation Policy
If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
Cancellations must be communicated by email writing to info@yourtaxirhodes.com.
For the private 4-seated sedan taxi cars we do not charge any cancellation fees but please cancel your excursion at least 24 hours before the scheduled time booked.
For booking we will need a 20% advance payment by (PayPal, Stripe) in order to secure your excursion or airport transfer.
- In case your ship doesn’t dock or your plane doesn’t land to Rhodes, NO Charge – Full Deposit Refund
- If you cancel 1 or more days prior to the date of the excursion or airport transfer, NO Charge – Full Deposit Refund
- If you cancel 1 – 0 days prior to the date of the excursion or airport transfer, or non-appearance, 100% of the Total Deposit Charged
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL and confirmed by us so your cancellation will be on record.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, OR 3RD PARTIES.
