How do I make a reservation with YourTaxi Rhodes?
You may book our service online through our Booking form or by email. You will be further required to provide us with your credit card (through a secure server via PayPal/Stripe) to guarantee / secure reservation.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking form a confirmation email with all your booking information and details will be send in a few minutes to your email.
Will my transfer be private or shared?
All transfers are private transfers and we will transport you directly to your destination without any delay.
How do i meet the driver?
At the arrivals lounge of the Airport or Port the driver will be holding a sign with your name provided at the booking form. If the collection point is a hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby or at the reception or outside the reception of the hotel. If collection point is a private home or apartment, you will have to wait at the point specified at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.
What if my flight is canceled or early?
Do not worry. We always track down the time of the flight arrival. The transfer car will be waiting for your arrival by any means of transport if the delay has occurred due to circumstances beyond your control. In the case of force majeure and the resulting delay for many hours, we will be thankful if you find a way to inform us. Please also notify us in case the flight number or any other important arrival details are changed.
How many passengers and luggage can a vehicle carry?
A TAXI can carry from 1 to 4 passengers, up to 4 normal suitcases (25kg) and 4 hand bags. A MINIVAN can carry from 1 to 8 passengers, up to 8 normal suitcases (25kg) and 4 hand bags. If you have more luggage, please indicate this at the special requests field at your booking form.
How much time do we spend at each highlight?
As you can expect, some spots are more time-consuming than others. With this in mind, there is no set time for each highlight. You will have plenty of time to take photos of the landmarks and we watch how the excursion progresses at each landmark and adjust the excursion accordingly.
Will we be charged if our cruise ship does not dock?
Absolutely not. However, our services will be automatically rescheduled for when your Cruise arrives at the Port. Charges only apply for last minute cancellations according to our cancellation policies.
Children transportation and safety?
Taking into consideration the safety of all passengers, all our vehicles provide a special baby seat (for children from 10 months to 3 years old) and booster seat (for children from 4 to 7 years old) free of charge. All you have to do is to declare the type of seat you need in your booking form.
Is your service available day and night?
Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
How much should we tip?
Tips in Greece are not mandatory but it’s customary to give them in proportion to the quality of the service received.
